A huge thank you to Team Zenyatta and DeSousa Stables not only for keeping all of us up to date with Coz’s continuing accomplishments, but even more importantly for making the decision to move him into the Retired Racehorse Project in the first place.

The love and devotion shown to Zenyatta and to all her babies warms my heart…

After rereading the rules and the money distribution, it appears that even though Coz finished 5th, he still brought home enough money to keep his feedbag full for a while however I don’t know the price of oats these days. Also. I don’t know about the other classes, but Isabela was the only Junior Trainer in the top five. Does anyone know who won the award for Best Junior Trainer if you do. please let me know. Congrats to Coz and Isabela for a job well done. Also, I almost forgot to ask can a horse appear in this venue more than one year in a row? Again, please let me know. Good Night all. Sleep beautifully!

          Judy,
Wasn’t that some finish? I was really torn waiting for the results of the photo. Curlin and Kitten’s Joy are my two favorite sires and I would have been happy with either winning. Current is beautiful! Wish I knew who did his blonde mane!

          Dear Shirlee:

Current closed like a rocket. Tough loss for the Kitten. Kittens are my favorite turfers and I love Curlins too.

I think Current must be using some of Biscuits products. Charlie would be impressed with that gorgeous blonde mane. Beautiful boy. Love and Hugs, JB

It is sad that she died the year that STS won the Arc(2009). I think that was 15 years after she won?

Dear Judy.My head is still in the clouds after that Arc.Enable has had a difficult season the ground was against her yet she got there. She has a sister by Frankel a yearling. She tweeted Thank for all the kind messages except for the angry text I got from Stradivarius for making his sister cry!Matt Chapman said she should be covered by Frankel oh no Matt he’s my Uncle Bob.We shall see what Prince Khalid decides.
Call the Wind is a first crop by Frankel a difficult horse injured at3 then took a dislike to the stalls they tried him in XC races and tape starts and he began to succeed although he got rid of his jockey once after winning.Freddy Head trains him.Goodnight God bless you LM PC HT and all the sweeties.Love and hugs SheenaX

      Dear Sheena:

I’m sure you’re walking on air, as you should be. What a race that was. Oh my, can you imagine what potential a Frankel/Enable baby could have!

A horse that I chose for our capping contest, Bound For Nowhere, has the same problem loading. He kept the other horses waiting for quite a bit. He was No. 14 and the last to load. Finished 11th. Some horses just never get used to the gate or they have a bad experience like Ebby did and they just refuse to walk in. Hope Call the Wind and Bound For Nowhere improve with time.

Poor Devisidero was a last minute scratch. He was Post 2 and somehow got his leg caught over the gate after he entered. Hope he’s OK. He did walk off. Goodnight. Love and Hugs, JB, LM and all the Sweeties
