Hello Everyone!
What a lucky horse I am! Yesterday I was busy writing a piece for THE BLOODHORSE Magazine (Commemorative Issue) coming out soon. I think I did a pretty good job! Dottie helped me. We submitted some of my baby photos and photos John had from when I was 2 at Mayberry Farm and when I first arrived here at John’s Hollywood Park barn.
The fans have been wonderful. Each day, groups are arriving to see me and I LOVE IT! Everyone has been so, so kind. Earlier in the week, I received a gorgeous floral arrangement….and then today there was Guinness, carrots and so many other goodies. I get to greet everyone and pose for pictures with so many wonderful people.
YIPPEE! LOOK AT THIS! John is just walking out here with some more gifts from fans. The CERAMI FAMILY sent me flowers and a goodie basket. He also has a BASKET OF EATIBLE TREATS which was sent from ADRIENNE AND ERIC GOFFNETT from MI. This is amazing!
I have said it often…but I truly can’t THANK ALL OF YOU enough for your kindness and love. I have been blessed to have so many wonderful, wonderful friends.
I’m doing fabulously. I’m relaxing and having fun each day! Lucky me!
Hugs to you all…and we’ll keep in touch.

Zee you’ve brought back a resurgance of interest in a floundering sport,single-hoofedly.You did not lose, you just got beat by a whisker on Blame-who had all the luck going his way.The move you made when you finally got free and clear@3/16ths pole was nothing short of stunning and breathtaking.Since you seem sound and healthy and it’s obvious you’re heart’s still in running,I wish your connections would let you run next year.I realize what a commodity you are in the breeding shed, but you are still young and healthy…

Darling Zenyatta, it sounds like you’re having a great time. I hope you consider a PR career for a while so we can still see you. Oh, something like being the “face” for Guinness beer in some tv commercials; demonstrating your dance steps to the other horses at the track so that they know how to REALLY warm up; maybe penning a book about your “humble” beginnings to your spectacularly wonderful career for the last 3 years. Whatever you do, I hope it will be something I can buy (like a book, video, etc). Stay safe, enjoy the sunshine, and lotsa love!
Jennifer
Whatever farm you eventually wind up at, I hope, hope, hope that your connections will allow you to be seen by the public maybe one day per week??? We want to see you and stay in touch with you Zen!!

Zenyatta – How do we come see you at Hollywood Park? I call and they tell us to call back because they don’t know if you will be out. Then I read that people are stopping by to say hi. We want to meet you in person Zenyatta, please let us know if we can drive up to Hollywood this weekend. Thank you and look forward to seeing your beauty in person.

I sure wish I could come down and visit you in Hollywood! Alas, the farthest I usually get is SF. I do have something I would like to make something for you and be able to mail it. I hope your owners, trainer and groom will give us some kind of mailing address for you so we can send it on – Hollywood Park Racetrack?

Hi Zen and the Z team. One cool and foggy morning in October I had the privilege of meeting you and your friend Steve the guy that spends time with you in the morning and helps you exercise. You have a wonderful spirit and I feel so honored that I was with you in the SI video that was shared with the world. Thank you for being you and I will value you forever. Love always:)
