The end of a lovely day.Started out breaking ice up and adding hot water from the kettle to water buckets. The main roads were surprisingly not icy as it warmed up abit today.Took Ash out for a morning walk at 8:30 when all the world seemed to stop and the day began with wintry silence except for the music of hooves in perfect rhythm.
Abigail, really enjoyed the latest addition to the Vault, it was a pleasure to learn about little miss Tiggy Wiggy. Loved her photos and the photo of Northern Dancer with similar blaze and huge spirit and heart.I am excited to see her as a 3 yr.old.
BGG,thanks for the article about Chrome’s pedigree, love him and want to learn all about him. It is nteresting that California Chrome’s grandsire 3 x removed, Sir Ivor, also appears in Tiggy Wiggy’s 5th generation. This ancestor’ s talent for turf may be a factor in these horses success. They will both be ones to watch in the coming year!!
The law of the echo is at work in our lives. It is the law of give and take, what we put out we get back. It is not limited to material things but to every facet of our lives. What we say, how we treat others, how we stretch the truth, and how we set out to hurt someone’s character, these things and more have everything to do with our well being. But they are too often thought unimportant, judged to be u lv da le s gi, which in Cherokee means the absurd or foolish, but the Tsalagi lives by the law of the echo. He knows it is not foolish. We cannot be too careful about what we send out. Can we be as careful of our words, our actions, as we are about polluting the atmosphere with carbon dioxide? The result is the same-it just comes in different packages.
You will…use all means to persuade any tribe to come in for the purpose of making peace, and when you get them together kill all the grown Indians and take the children…sell them as slaves to defray the cost…

So sorry that Fubu isn’t doing well at all. Poor little guy has fought so hard. Prayers going up for him, but of course we know it will not end well. So sad. Zoe’s page is just pure joy. That video for JJ was wonderful. Love Zoe in her spiffy coat. She was practicing in the sprinklers. Zoe isn’t sure what happened to Mickey’s arm. Wanted to make sure Mommy wasn’t mad at her. Who could EVER be mad at sweet Zoe??? Joey’s picture was indeed beautiful. We all miss him so much. The dog was glad someone showed up…the tree fainted! That’s wonderful that Gambino was adopted. Marty from heaven…love that! Congratulations to Ray in advance. Let the party begin! Congratulations to Moose on all those Twitter followers! Have a wonderful Tuesday. Hugs and love from me, kisses from Holly, Nikko and Sugar. Kathy.
