Happy Friday! Here are a few photos from Alys to start your weekend. Zenyatta is looking as gorgeous as ever, and 17Z is growing older with her group of fillies.
Two beautiful girls. love both of them .Zen is getting fat with the new baby. This one should be an early baby I think. Does anyone know when she is due? Anyway just have to wait and se.
These photos are the best “HAPPY” medicine anyone could ever hope for. Thanks Alys for taking the pictures, the girls look great, happy, and at peace in their environment. PrinceZZ Annie Rose looks so much like Zenyatta, she is stunning. Zenyatta is as lovely as ever, taking great care of her “Into Mischief” baby. She is such a great horse, I admire and love her more each and every day. Thanks again for all the updates, they are so good for the soul.
Many, many thanks to Alys, Team Z, and all at Lane’s End for this great entry!
Alys, the photos are wonderful — Zenny looks her beautiful self, and 17Z is growing up to be gorgeous.
Grateful that we Z fans can still watch our miracle Queen and her fabulous family.
Oops, I meant to mention 17Z’s girlfriends, too. They look lovely, especially the winsome gray filly. So nice to see our little girl hanging out with her buddies. :-)
Makes my day! I am sooooooo wishing to win that “Meet Zenyatta” – I will keep trying/
These pics are great – hope all goes well with our Z and Z17 – Love to the TEAM!
Thank you so much for these lovely photos of Beautiful Baby Girl and Mama Z. Z looks heavy with her new foal already, but gorgeous as ever.
BBG looks smaller and more compact than I thought she would be. She is sooo beautiful. Thank you again for sharing with us. We are very lucky to have this wonderful place to come to. Love and Hugs, JB
Thank you for the photos today. Both of our girls are looking great!
I am taking Amy & Cappy to our vets’ tomorrow for pictures with Santa. All proceeds from the donations for the photos go to a local animal shelter. This is the fifth year our clinic has done this. I will put their red & green striped jingle bell collars on my dogs so they will look Christmas-y as well.
I think “Biscuits” is running on Saturday-GO BISCUITS! I will try to watch you on TV. I hope everyone has a great weekend and all horses & jockeys racing stay safe.
What a great thing for the local animal shelter, and how nice of your veterinary to do this. I know Amy and Happy will look their very best in their jingle bell collars! I am sure Santa knows what good doggies they have been. :-)
Love to our precious Zenny and 17Z who is growing up so fast. Such a delight to see pictures of them and know they are well. What joy Zenyatta, our Queen, and her babies have brought into my life. I am so thankful for the continued sharing. God bless all.
Well once again Awesome pictures of Queen of all horses and her little girl who has grown and beautiful like her mom just love love love seeing the both of them We all love you both when is Zen due? Thank you TeamZ andAlys we love you all again thank you for the Awesome pictures.
Thank you for keeping us up to date on Z and her 17Z. I really miss the excitement of seeing her on the track, but I know she’s happy. I got a tattoo of her name in a heart to celebrate her.
Lovely photos of Zenyatta and her beautiful filly. Thanks for a great start to the weekend. Never can get enough when it comes to Zenyatta. Safe trip to all of the horses racing today.
Phew an thrilling finish to the Hennessy(as I still call it)Total Recall just beats Whisper to win for Mullins and Paul Townend.First Irish winner since 1980.Mullins horse Be My Royal was disqualified in 92′ after he failed a dugs test.I don’t remember much about it part of my”falling out of love years”.Many congratulations to the brave winner and his connections.
What a win! Mullins deserves it, although he gave full credit to the former retired trainer, Sandra Hughes, for bringing the horse to this level. The 92 incident was morphine in the horse’s system which was determined came from contaminated feed. Horse was still disqualified. Victory here is sweet. Newbury looked good too.
Yes,Mullins gave full credit to Sandra. They think he may be a Gold cup horse now.I didn’t really remember the 92’incident.I thought Total Recall was beaten but he dug deep. The Grey Gatsby is off to France they intend to syndicate him.He is going to Haras de petit Tellier,Saw pic of your Biscuits on twitter last night.Douvan next week we hope in the Tingle Creek.
What a delight for me to visit the site this morning and find these wonderful new photos of Zenyatta and the beautiful 2017 Princess!! My deepest gratitude to all of Team Zenyatta and Alys and everyone at Lane’s End who give such great care to our Queen and her filly. It lifts my heart to see the filly growing so strong and learning her growing up lessons with her little herd. Beautiful. Thank you all!!
Hey everyone:)
Glad to see some new pics of the fillies and the lovely Z.
I’ve got a question, can anyone tell me what Z’s 2boys, Coz and Zi doing these days?
Are they racing?
Their Facebook pages aren’t up dated at all.
Wishing everyone,a blessed December and a happy new year
Thanks for the pictures. They are indeed gorgeous as usual. Super job Alys. Also good to hear about Hovis. Mind Your Biscuits came in second. I have no internet so I come to the library to try and catch up. In this part of the world the library isn’t open on Sundays and Mondays so I hope to be back on Tuesday. It’s starting to snow so I’ve got my fingers crossed that it doesn’t get so bad I can’t make it. Bye for now best wishes and good luck to all human, horse and anyone else.
Thanks, Martha!
Mind Your Biscuits finishing in second isn’t too shabby. I was hoping he would win though, but he is still a force to be reckoned with. Hope someone will post a replay of the race.
Hope the snow will not slow you down — I’m a little envious. :-)
Marshall,
I don’t know how to post it, but you can see a replay of Biscuits race on Bloodhorse.com. His team had said that a mile was not his best distance but he did well. Sharp Azteca was just the better horse yesterday. Hope Gunny will send a message of encouragement to Biscuits. Perhaps he will start on his second career making mane and tail care products soon.

Oops! Sorry about the typo — Cappy, not Happy.
The laptop imp strikes again — or maybe it was my faulty typing?
Apologies to your Cappy from me!
