Zenyatta will not be bred this year. She continues to do well and is looking great with her new paddock buddy—even sharing her cookies. We’ll post more photos of them soon!

We appreciate all of the love and support her fans have shown. While we understand the concern the public has for Zenyatta’s well-being, we ask that you do not contact Lane’s End Farm to inquire about Zenyatta or her foals. We do our best to be generous with information and to share Zenyatta’s life with her fans through this website. Zenyatta.com will continue to be the source of official updates on all things Zenyatta.

    Mendelssohn is entered in the Travers!And Lava Man should be back on the track for the Pacific Classic.Plus Winx will go for her 26th consecutive win on Black Caviar’s 12th birthday.Happy Birthday Nelly.

    Sounds like Coz is enjoying his second career. Great pictures of him competing Is Ziconic
    going to race any more or is he looking for a new career? How about Queen Z’s yearling filly…..is she heading off for training? Hope Z is doing well, she is such a wonderful champion! Miss hearing more about her.

    Wow, Winx does it again. Phenomenal! Street Cry’s legacy lives on.

    Congrats to Bernie’s grand daughter, Eskimo Kisses, on her win today in the Alabama at the Spa. She won by 6 and 1/2. Mikey and Midnight Bisou were third.

      I am enjoying the Saratoga races very much — so glad to be able to see some of the races on FS-1. Big Congratulations to today’s winners! Eskimo Kisses sure was impressive in her win of the Alabama. There were several good names today, notably was Bitumen whose sire was Mineshaft and appropriately was very dark (like coal). I think he came in fourth in the last race. Endorsed did a fine job today, too.

        Hope you have a great Sunday too. I’m going to lunch with my grand daughter and grandson tomorrow; so that will be wonderful.

        My TV went out late Thursday afternoon and a tech is coming here to fix it, but not until Monday. Luckily, I am able to watch the races on my computer. Kisses was outstanding today. Endorsed is only two and I’m looking forward to following his progress. Wonder if he will try a stakes race next. We’ll see. Love and Hugs, JB

          I mistakenly said that I was watching Saratoga racing on FS-1 when it is being broadcast on FS-2 (cable channel 401). Looking forward to the Travers next Saturday. I agree with you about Endorsed — that was quite an accomplish-
          ment to break his maiden first time out at two! ?

      Thanks so much for this post. Seven is positively glistening! He has definitely improved quickly and is obviously thriving. He really is quite beautiful and will certainly be stunning after he reaches a normal weight/muscle mass. I am SO happy for this sweet boy.

      Very interesting read — an amazing horse! That was some schedule of racing though. Voltigeur was definitely an “iron horse”.

    Some news about 7.His bloods are fine so he was obviously allowed to starve.He left Live Oak in 2014 to retrain.Hannah and Mistie have seen photos and he looked superb.He left after 90 days and the last 4yrs are a mystery.The lady they spoke to would’nt give the name of the retraining centre or the owner and Hannah respects that.He continues to recover.

    Mendelssohn has drawn 8 I think for the Travers next to Good Magic.
    Our Ebor festival begins tomorrow.
