Finishing off Baby Z14 in a clay oven! That’s why you’re the Queen – Can’t wait to see the “Sweet Bun” when it’s “out of the oven” – Gonna be a beauty.

Will be watching for sure! Zenny looks so big and healthy! Could that be Life is Sweet behind her? : )
carol in arkansas
I think it is Sweets…..looks like her!
Haylie McCuistion
It is Life is Sweet. There should be a caption under it. There is a caption under the picture saying it’s Life is Sweet behind Zenyatta on my computer.

I LOVE this photo and the comments before mine! Just the way I handled the end of my third pregnancy–ha! You’re the best, Zenyatta.

Thanks for letting us know – will be sure to watch!! Always love seeing her!

What a hoot!! Look at Z, enjoying her horsey life (which includes mud baths whenever necessary). My boy was out in it yesterday and I got filthy cleaning him up! They all have Spring fever :) She looks wonderful. Can’t wait to see 14Z….Will probably catch the horseplayers in a week or so as we’re waiting until they hit On Demand (for free)…. Thanks for hooves up!

Dirty girl looks fabulous!!!!! We had a couple of days of thaw, actually hit 50 yesterday, and my 1 yr old Shih Tzus found a nice water/mud puddle and played their little hearts out in it…of course they had just had a bath the night before. My horse Nova also is wearing a continuous mud bath – clean her up and 10 minutes later she coats herself again! Then we wake up this morning to blowing and drifting snow and 15 degrees! Gotta love Michigan!

Where in Michigan are you? I am near South Lyon. Always looking for horse fans and Queen Z fans. Home today (12th) buried in snow! Jennifer

Happy mom. A day in the sun and time to roll around. I can almost feel that baby kicking to get out. How much longer?

Mud looks great on you, Queen Z. But then, anything you wear is fabulous. Can’t wait to see you on TV. It’s amazing how your popularity grows daily…you are an “absolute gift” as you Ann has said many times.

Won’t be long now until we meet Z14. She looks wonderfully relaxed. Must be that good Kentucky mud. Thanks to the Z team for the pics.

Zenny…it looks like you’re having loads of fun rolling in the mud. You have earned the good life and I’m thrilled you enjoy being “just a horse”,,,although we know you are so much more than that. Is that your gal pal, LIS, next to you? To your folks at LE…if you need an extra hand to clean-up our girl just let me know. I’m available and cheap!

Dear Max. A dream win for the Moore family in the Champion Chase, the beautiful chestnut Sire De Grugy gives Jamie his 1st Cheltenham winner and Ryan was there to watch. Was great to see all the jockeys forming a guard of honour for Jamie,a very popular guy.Ruby got into a bit of trouble with his comments on Our Conor’s death. Is all on http://www.racingpost.com Neigh Sheena
Max
Sheena. Congrats to Chess Club member, Sire de Grugy.
I don’t agree with Ruby. He should know better. You cannot just replace a horse or other animals. They are not commodities. Z cannot be replaced nor can The Fly, Quevega, Muchie, Wise Dan, Frankel, Tiznow and so many more. Each is unique. They inspire reciprocal love. I thought about Our Conor all day. I still think of Nick, Caixa and others. Big D, I think about him every day. There is and always will be only one Big D.

Zenny, you are now a horse of a different color ;o) That mud bath spa treatment must have felt really good! I see you didn’t miss a single spot on your beautiful body!
You should be getting pretty close to presenting the World with another of your gorgeous babies. What is your estimated due date???
So glad you and Sweets are paddock mates. I hope you have your babies about the same time so your baby and Sweets baby will become life long friends like you and Sweets are.

Queen Z you look just as regal covered in mud! My geldings Comet and Scotty spent their morning trying to get every last bit of mud on them….I believe they think there is a first place for being the horse most covered in mud! Guess what it’s a tie!

Dear Zenny
You look great in your coat of mud (not everyone would still look so regal). So glad to see you with LIS. Hope you have similar foaling dates so the kids can play together. Do you think about your old friend Tasty T? I know you must have been disappointed when you two couldn’t continue down the same path after the babies were born. Rest up – the big day will be here soon. The last time I tried to calculate your due date it came up as April 4th through the middle of the month (anybody out there with different dates?).
Love from your Ohio friend Sandy

Zennie, I’m SO glad you’re still with Life Is Sweet. Two of my favorite girls. I hope you have your babies at the same time, so you can stay together.
Debbie
Z you look beautiful, nothing like a good roll in the mud! When is Z3 due? xoxoxo Z, Coz, & Z2!!!

Dear Zenny – Oh my gosh, haven’t you just muddied yourself up in the grazing paddock? You must have had fun. Your friend LIS and you both look ready to have your beautiful, healthy foals very soon.
Thank you so much, Lane’s End for this post with the fun pictures. I get the Esquire channel, the tv guide on my Samsung doesn’t say anything about Zenyatta, some other program, but I still have it set for DVR at both times. Wouldn’t miss you for a king’s ransom. Wishing all the pregnant mares, everyone one of them out in the wild and in the loving care of their caregivers, easy, safe deliveries and healthy foals. We await the news.
