Zenyatta Holiday Shopping

A few of the items available from the Zenyatta Shop

Happy Thursday!

For those of you late-running holiday shoppers, the Zenyatta Shop can still put you in the winners circle for the holidays. All Zenyatta Shop domestic orders (except personalized items) placed prior to Wednesday 12/19 will be delivered in time for Christmas. We can even accommodate purchases placed before 12/21 with overnight delivery. Let Zenyatta take the worry out of gift-giving and have the happiest of holidays this year!

We’d also like to note that Zenyatta Collectors who purchased the now sold-out limited edition Breyer Glossy Foal at the Zenyatta Shop are proving to be savvy investors. These very special foals are now selling on the secondary market for prices as high as $200 each. That’s an amazing eight-fold return on the initial offering price in only two months! For those of you interested in our other limited edition keepsakes, we wanted to give fair warning we have less than 30 pieces of the Zenyatta Plushie left in stock, and the Little Zen pewter figurines are going fast with very few remaining pieces left in the golden version of the edition. Don’t get left at the gate if you want one of these coveted Zenyatta collectibles!

Edit: These items are no longer available. January 2013.

    http://www.ntra.com/en/news-media/press-releases/2012/12/13/fans-again-voting-on-racings-moment-of-the-year/

Since this is Zenyatta’s site and she represents everything a successful, determined and winning female, either equine or human, should be. It only seems fitting that a vote be cast for:

ROSIE NAPROVNIK, THE FIRST FEMALE JOCKEY TO THE KY OAKS.

GO ROSIE, GO ROSIE, love your riding skills and horsemanship, it is tops, you emulate
    a human Zenyatta.

I have more catching up to do in here. Hope everyone can take a breath and ease on into your holiday season celebrations. (I think ours could include some snow removal). Still have cookies to bake to share with the neighbors. It now comes down to time management.

Dear Zenny fans, Dumplings and All,

Do not look forward to what may happen
tomorrow; the same everlasting Father who
care of you today will take care of you tomorrow and
every day. Either He will shield you from suffering,
or He will give you unfailing strength to bear it.

Be at peace, then. Put aside all anxious thoughts and
imaginations, and say continually: “The Lord is my
strenght and my shield. Our hearts have trusted in Him
and we are helped. He is not only with us but in us, and
    and us in him.
    Amen

Rednecks of Z Family fame! Gus has written his Christmas list, and I think you’ll like it. :-)

Here is Gus (from SHERR) and this is his Christmas wish. Can you help and be his secret Santa?

    http://t.co/0HcH1tQZ

I received my financial package, and I need to start looking at payment options. This is probably more time consuming than it is worth, but my college is important to me, so I am glad to spend the time. Because of this, and cooking for family, I’ll be gone until way after Christmas; probably late January. So I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a fantastic New Year! I’m very fortunate to have met everyone here that I now recognize as my Z family; even you who do not post very often. Thank you all for supporting me and my crazy dreams, and for supporting SHERR. It makes me so happy to see the SHERR family happy and healty. I hope Santa is kind to everyone and makes your dreams come true regardless of what they might be. Blessings to Z, Z12, Z13, and Lanes End. I hope one day to own and operate a farm as amazing and successful as yours. You are the model standard, and rightfully so.

So I bid you adue until the morning hue that January morning breaks the cold, relentless wind, and we are there to witnes the miracle of new life.

Z dumpling Judy Berube and Papa Charlie.

    Barbara Livingston

A very happy ending for a beautiful chestnut horse named PAPA CHARLIE, whom Tom Keyser followed from the horse’s birth through his career (in part through the amazing photography of Philip Kamrass). Because of Tom’s story, and the careful watch of a fan named Judy Berube, Papa Charlie now has a loving home with new owner Angela Baxter.

THANK YOU to everyone involved in assuring this horse has a chance for a long, happy life…. I watched him being born, as a yearling, and at the track. He was wonderful and kind and curious and beautiful at each stage.

That is the problem with Facebook, anyone can make up a name and
pretend to be someone and make up things that are not true or
fictious AS THE ABOVE INFORMATION WAS ON “E” FACEBOOK PAGE.
And I am not surprised that John Sherriffs is not happy about
it as he is a very honest, authentic straight forward and direct person. To have these things revealed about “E” that may not be true.

SO TRINA , the light has finally gone on, facebook is not a good medium

Ahha! Ok I get it now….So Sign, when you wrote “Sounds just like what John said in his article ???”… that was a reference to “this isn’t original, but “lifted” from an interview John gave”.

So a bit of plagiarism going on here and even disregard of the desire of the trainer to not publish unauthorized and maybe misleading information.

Thank you so much for commenting on the facebook quotes copied into
this blog. For some reason those on this site do not realize that
facebook is a medium for plagerism, inaccuracies and fictitious information.
There are people who use the medium to manipulate their desires, wishes,
to make them come true and to mislead others when it only creates fiction, dissatisfaction and disrespect to those who are actually involved as you pointed out.

Thanks so much for your candid comments.

Thank you, Lord, for being there for us in our times of need.

Thank you, Lord, for taking the time to listen to us and care about what we have say.
Lord, there are things happening around us that are difficult to understand, this makes us feel vulnerable.

Even in the midst of this confusion, we know that you are the Lord.

We know all situations are in Your hand, and we trust you. We ask you for strength
and wisdom to endure these confusing, difficult situations and the ability to handle
their emotional impact on us and others in a way that would bring glory to
    Your name.

    In Jesus name, Amen.

Wishing everyone a safe, prosperous and Merry Holiday.
