It is so wonderful to see how well Coz is doing with Isabela. Not only for Coz himself but as an ambassador for all off-track Thoroughbreds.

Dear Roberta Gonzalez and Z Fans:

Roberta, I found this photo of ZI on his Facebook page. It’s dated September 10th. Does not note where he is located. Thought you would like to see it. He looks wonderful and as gorgeous as ever. There are 28 comments. Love and Hugs, JB

      Dear Roberta and Z Fans:

I’m so sorry. Turns out one cannot believe anything anymore.

I shared that photo of ZI on the Forum as well as the Blog. One very astute Z Fan noted that the photo is an old one of ZI because he is wearing an ID tag. Most likely taken at Lane’s End. The date of the photo has been misrepresented and the 28 commenters were duped along with me. My intent was to alleviate some of our anxiety about ZI with what I thought was a recent photo. Sorry about that. I have to remember we are living in the era of The Lie. Love and Hugs, JB

Judy, as I was writing this post to you, I hadn’t read the newest post, that it was an old photo. It’s funny, because I thought it looked like an old photo, but wasn’t as astute as the other fan. This makes me wonder more then ever, where is he. I really think the person who has control over him should do the descent thing by him, and also let the people who love him know. If they want people to become more interested in the industry, what they are doing with Ziconic, and us, does just the opposite. They invite you in, you fall in love, and then they disappear; this sends out bad vibes!

          Dear Roberta:

I often search for updated info on ZI and when I came across this photo with the comments, I immediately thought of you. Could not copy fast enough and post it on the Blog and Forum for you and Z Fans to see. Knew it would lift our spirits to see a recent photo ZI.

Alas, I did not note the ID tag and from the photo background scene, seems it was taken no doubt at Lane’s End. Sorry my attempt to share some recent news on ZI didn’t work out. Will continue to look for updates on him, but I’m very much aware now to make sure what I find is true and genuine. Sorry.
          Love and Hugs, JB

        Judy,
It happens. We are all so anxious for news of him that it is easy to put one over on us. I had already posted on the other site when I saw your second post. I think we have to trust that the Mosses will do what is best for him as they did for Coz. Think if we got a tour of the de Sousa stables we might see a beautiful chestnut???

        • Judy Berube

          October 6, 2018 at 5:55 pm

          Dear Shirlee:

That’s very possible. I agree the Moss’ will do what is best for ZI. So sorry that my original post was misleading. Hopefully we’ll have genuine news of ZI in time. Love and Hugs, JB

Thank-you so much Judy!!! It was wonderful seeing him again. I left a post. It is sad seeing him looking out at the fence. In the pasture pictures, he is looking for someone. This is a horse that liked people and working from an early age. He is still young, and doesn’t deserve to be put away in a pasture doing nothing. I would love seeing him do dressage, he would be a natural; he already dances, he is beautiful, he has good work ethics, and he likes people. I wish they would hurry up and make him happy, doing what he likes!!!

What a wonderful courageous mare!!! It seems like the last two races were sort of close together. As much as I like seeing her race, I hope this is the last year. I would hate to see her breakdown, and she is the type that won’t give up. Even though she will be missed, I hope they retire her soon, and let her make babies.

    SO DELIGHTED!!!!

Many, many congratulations to Coz and Isabel who finished 5th in the final round. This is a HUGE accomplishment when you consider his age & inexperience. Most show jumpers on the circuit are between 8-12/13 years old and more at the 12/13 years level than 8 by far.

Team Z you are so special to help Coz find his very own stage to shine. And he sure did!
